Coach JNunn - The Personal Trainer

From a young age, I’ve had a passion for exercise and a constant drive to understand how to optimise health and performance. This curiosity led me to study Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Bath, where my interest grew into a deeper passion for coaching others to reach their full potential. It was there that my journey into personal training truly began.
After Bath, I advanced my education with a Master's degree in Strength and Conditioning at the University of Edinburgh. During this time, I gained valuable experience working with a wide range of clients — from complete beginners to international athletes.
Over the past ten years, I have worked as a Personal Trainer while also building over five years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. Through both my education and hands-on experience, I have learned that the fastest and most effective way for any client to achieve lasting results is by following a personalised, research-driven training and nutrition plan.
Today, I’m proud to be a homeowner, a father of two beautiful children, and the owner of my own personal training business. I understand how demanding life can be, and how challenging it is to stick to most fitness plans when you have so many commitments. That’s why, after an in-depth consultation, I create a bespoke, easy-to-follow lifestyle plan tailored specifically to you.
